You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, not on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country, and allowed to use crypto where you live.

join.fun launches coins on pump.fun (Solana) and routes their creator fees: 90% to the account a coin is launched for and 10% to join.fun.

Resource coins can gift the recipient share to the independently verified owner or team of a game, music resource or organization. Only providers whose setup and ownership checks are complete allow launches; a saved draft does not launch a coin or collect fees.

You sign every launch with your own wallet. join.fun never holds your wallet's keys or your tokens.

An join.fun wallet is a Privy embedded wallet that only you control; join.fun can't move funds from it.

Creator fees build up in each coin's own fee vault. join.fun's servers control that vault only to pay its fees out under these terms. Payouts are Solana transactions and are final.

On an available platform, anyone can launch a coin for an eligible account on X, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Farcaster and Telegram. Accounts that need review must verify their identity and wallet before launch. This does not mean the owner endorses the coin, and you must not suggest that they do.

You're responsible for your coin's name, ticker, image and description: no impersonation, no content you don't have rights to, and no misleading claims.

The handle and platform are fixed at launch. We may hide any coin from join.fun; its fees can still be claimed under these terms.

Launching costs Solana network fees and rent (about 0.025 SOL) plus any first buy you choose.

Fees are reserved for the account and platform named at launch. Only that account can claim them:

• X: a public post from that account containing the coin address and the payout wallet, or logging in with that X account.
• Platforms with official identity lookup: the permanent account ID is fixed at launch, and an owner claims by logging in to that same identity.
• TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Snapchat and Telegram: the owner verifies an account and wallet before launch using a one-time code reviewed by our team. Each coin pays the wallet fixed when it launches.
• Once an account is confirmed by its permanent ID, only that account can claim, even if the handle is later renamed or taken by someone else.
• A coin without a verified payable identity is held. A later handle owner cannot claim it or change its recipient.
• Resource coins pay the reviewed wallet captured at launch. Listener accounts, artist names, resource titles, later owner changes and a replacement verification cannot redirect an existing coin's fees.
• Fees nobody claims stay in the coin's vault.

• You must control the account you claim with. Using someone else's account, stolen logins or fake posts is not allowed.
• Claim codes are valid for 24 hours, can be used once, and are tied to the coins and payout wallet chosen when the code was made. Reviews are at our discretion; we may ask for more proof or decline.
• Check your payout wallet. Payouts to a wrong address can't be reversed.
• The minimum payout is 0.001 SOL, and join.fun pays the network fee. Only one payout per coin runs at a time; if a result is unclear, the coin stays on hold until it's resolved.
• We may pause launches or claims for any platform, and refuse a claim we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

Coins are speculative and most go to zero. Fees only exist while people trade.

Prices can move fast, and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing on join.fun is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Smart contracts, pump.fun, Solana and wallets can fail or be exploited. You're responsible for your own taxes.

join.fun is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Farcaster or Telegram, nor by pump.fun or Solana. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show where an account lives.

pump.fun, Solana, Privy, and each platform you log in with have their own terms. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Don't use join.fun for anything illegal, for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, harassment or spam, or to interfere with join.fun or get around its limits.

join.fun is provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, join.fun isn't liable for losses from using join.fun, from coin prices, or from failures of third-party services, and its total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid join.fun in the previous 12 months or US$100.

We may change join.fun or these terms, and we'll update the date at the top when we do. We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these terms.
